Next weekend is a big one in the UFC. With UFC 73 Stacked, we get two championship fights. Anderson Silva (not Sylvia) defends his middle weight title against Nate Marquardt, a veteran in MMA and 4-0 in the UFC he has the experience and stamina, judging from his previous fights, to give “The Spider” a fight.

I don’t want to get too involved in the pre-fight analysis as that is part of the point of this post. I request from you, the readers, to get involved in a “contest” to continually guess the winners of these and future fights in the UFC. Look them up at the main UFC site or just pick by coolest nickname, whatever works for you.

Post your thoughts and predictions on the headline fights (usually 4 or so). If people regularly vote, I’ll come up with some kind of scoring system and maybe a real contest (notice no quotes) can be created.

It’s not your average Civic Type-R. Losing 10kg (22lb) and gainig 15hp, this Mugen also has upgraded bodykit, brake, suspension, wheels and tires, and sport buckets. But for almost $39k, this FF pocket rocket just isn’t worth it. I can get the new Lancer Evo X which is F4, add 60hp, and still save $4,000. If I wanted a FF racer to toss around corners I’d get the exhilarating Mazdaspeed3 GT for $28k.

On July 1, as part of the Clean Is Happy campaign, Toto Washlet will be mooning everyone in time square with their ad promoting their toilet seat add-on/replacement, bidet and blow dryer contraption. It’s pretty cool actually. Europe and Asia have evolved to things like this, and we’re still using wads of paper. When this catches on here, everyone else will probably already have moved on to the three seashells.
